How do I create an account?
 

You are not required to create an account when you check-out, however you may create an account anytime by:
1)
Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely
private. Please view our
Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and check what your shipping options and costs will be by entering your State and Zip code. Be sure to click the “recalculate” button. When you proceed to the Checkout page you will be offered the same Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Typically we ship products within 10 business/working days after approval of your proof.   Proofs are sent within 48 hours upon receipt of an order (excluding holidays, Saturdays and Sundays).  If you need your order rushed, please call us toll free at 1-888-462-5008, and we will try to accommodate you. Refer to our “Policies/Production Charges” section for additional information on rush charges. Choice of shipping method will greatly affect when you receive your package(s).  Regular UPS Ground services can take anywhere between 1-7 days depending on the shipping destination. In most instances UPS does not deliver on weekends or to post office box addresses. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
