General Shipping Information
We ship UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day and UPS 3rd Day.
We only ship inside the continental
UPS Ground Service can take from 1-7 days depending on your shipping destination address, (please allow time for this).
"Shipping days" does not include the day a package leaves the factory.
UPS typically does not deliver on weekends or Holidays.
UPS will not deliver to a PO Box address.
UPS Ground Service is not a "guaranteed" service.
Next Day deliveries require a signature upon delivery.
When you add items to your cart, you can choose your shipping method, and get an estimate on freight costs. You can do this without proceeding to "check-out".
We will replace products that have been damaged during shipping, however you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Often, we will issue a UPS call tag, whereupon UPS will pick up the damaged package. If this is the case, be sure to retain and save all original packaging. Awards
Unless damaged in shipment or defective, engraved/imprinted or custom items cannot be returned for credit. Authorization for return of certain products that can be restocked and sold again will not be granted after 15 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment. If authorization for return of products that can be restocked is granted, a 15% restocking charge may apply. In such instances, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their location.
You will be notified by e-mail when your order shipped. In addition, if shipped via UPS, you will be supplied a tracking number.
