Production Charges & Policies
Artwork and Fees
  If you desire logos or your own artwork to be laser engraved or imprinted, you must provide us with quality artwork in acceptable format. All logos or special art will incur a one time art/logo set-up charge. This is a ONE TIME charge per logo. Photocopies, photographs, hand sketches, letterhead, business cards, and faxed artwork are not acceptable. Acceptable artwork means no changes, additions, subtractions, or separations are necessary. If the supplied artwork requires reworking, revisions, touch-ups or changing, charges of $50/hour will apply. Artwork for laser engraving needs to be black and white, preferably with no grey scales, or halftones, and at a resolution of 600 dpi or better. Size should be at least 2 times the size desired. Vector art is ideal. Avoid bitmaps, JPEGS and GIFS. Electronic art may be submitted via e-mail at using PC format in high resolution .TIF, .CDR CorelDRAW , EPS, or .AI Adobe Illustrator (version 8 or lower) file formats. For text engraving with no artwork or logos, if you have a layout or format preference, please provide us with this information. We will use your suggestions and specifications to the best of our abilities to generate the proof. We reserve the right to make changes due to grammatical errors or typestyle incompatibility.
Billing & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before shipment, unless Net 30 terms are granted to customers with established credit through Awards USA.   All COD orders will incur an additional $15.00 service fee.  In most instances, a credit application need to be completed to seek approval for credit.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for this process.  We accept ViSA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and check.  Checks must clear before an order is shipped.


Orders cannot be cancelled without factory authorization.  Cancellation charges will be incurred based on the status of the order, and completed work will be invoiced at the unit cost.  In addition, charges for material and labor costs for incomplete work will also be invoiced.

Errors & Ommissions

If an error has occurred in pricing, quantity breaks, or other area of information posted on this website, Awards USA reserves the right to override this information and provide you the correct information.  Furthermore, Awards USA will not be held liable or accountable for errors or omissions in regards to its posted information on

Express Service
  Express service is often available provided we are able to accommodate, and our prior approval is required. Express Service charges apply when orders require shipment prior to normal production times. Production time begins when a purchase order is received and all FINAL production information including artwork, personalizations, and proofs have been approved. Express charges in addition to regular order charges/prices, and are as follows: 1 Day production time - 50% additional 2 Days production time - 35% additional 3 Days production time - 25% additional 4 Days production time - 10% additional *Shipping charges are additional.
Freight Claims

Goods and products are shipped at the buyer's risk, and all claims must be made against the carrier within 10 days. We are not responsible for carrier delays, or safe carriage of goods. Please retain the original shipping cartons and packaging, along with any broken items for carrier inspections.

Insertion or Label Fee

Customer furnished and typed name labels or inserts applied or inserted to boxes in alphabetical order at no extra charge. Factory furnished applied labels at no extra charge on orders over 50 pieces, otherwise.25 cents per piece.

Laser Engraving Fees
  There are NO laser engraving fees as long as you do not exceed the maximum number of text lines allowed as specified along side each product. We reserve the right to charge additional engraving fees if the text exceeds the maximum allowed, and will notify you in advance. Special art and logos will incur a one time art/logo set-up fee.  This fee is specified when choosing options for your item. There are no other additional fees to engrave your logo or artwork, provided that acceptable, touch-up and re-work free artwork is provided to us, (see Artwork and Fees below). If we need to rework, improve or touch-up your art, you will be charged at $50/hr.
Minimum Order
  There is a $40 minimum order requirement, excluding tax and shipping.
Normal Production Time/Schedule
  Proofs - 48 hours (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) after receipt of order Finished and Shipped - Approximately 10-12 business/working days after approval of proof

Many of our Items come either in a foam pouch and/or gift box.  If you need your items in individual gift boxes, be sure to inquire with us to be sure such packaging is included in the price of your item.

  Proofs are sent via fax or e-mail at no charge. Approval must be returned within 24 hours. The first 2 proofs are free of charge. Additional versions will be billed at $10 each.

Merchandise may not be returned without authorization.  Unless damaged in shipment or defective, engraved/imprinted or custom items cannot be returned for credit. Authorization for return of certain products that can be restocked and sold again will not be granted after 15 working days from the date of receipt of the shipment.  If authorization for return of products that can be restocked is granted, a 15% restocking charge may apply.  In such instances, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their location.

Set Up Fees
  Whether you order 1 or 100 of the same item, most awards companies charge an initial one time set-up fee. This fee is for any necessary art and text layout, jigging, trial engraving, and other preparatory work necessary to complete an order. Except for a one time logo/art set-up fee, Awards USA does NOT charge a any other added fees, as long as artwork is submitted per our guidelines, (see Artwork and Fees) This one time logo set-up charge can be found when choosing your options for the item you wish to order.
Trademark/Copyright Notice

Material submitted for use to Awards USA for producing an order is accepted as being in full compliance with all laws in regards to copyright, trademark, patent, privacy rights, service marks, trade dress and the likes. You agree that by submitting such material for our use in producing your order that these laws will not be violated, and Awards USA disclaims all liability for compliance with these laws. You agree to hold Awards USA harmless for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of Awards USAs use of the aforementioned material.

In addition, any logos, artwork, designs or trademarks displayed on pictured products on Awards USAs website are for demonstration of  our processes, methodologies and engraving capabilities and are not intended to represent product endorsed by or produced for the owners of the logos, artwork, design or trademarks.
